I am very satisfied with the customer service! kiwi did the check-in process for the trip, because the wizz air app was unusable. it is an interesting experience that 3 out of 4 people succeeded only the first time. I called customer service and the young man on the end of the line was very helpful, he saw the problem and immediately did the check in process for the 4th person as well. he also sent the boarding pass. that way I was only able to print the boarding passes for all four of us. if someone encounters such a problem, it is highly recommended to call, because it probably wouldn't have gone away by itself! thank you very much for your help, you are a very good team!
