Very nice experience, I had two connecting flights, I loaded the data and the application checked in on both flights, I found the tickets in the application ready

Next time, I would welcome information that it is not possible to check-in online at the given airport, I had to find out myself and also check with the given company by phone in prague. otherwise, I was very satisfied.

What pleased me most was the honesty in issuing the refund without me having to ask for it. I don't know why the request for additional baggage didn't appear in tap's system, and I ended up paying for the baggage right away. I was going to file the refund request when I arrived at my destination, but when I checked my bank statement, it already showed that I had received a full refund of the amount I had paid. for this reason, I will certainly use kiwi again. thank you very much.
