If you arrive at Frankfurt Airport (FRA) in Frankfurt, which is also the largest airport in the country, and you’re going to any other city, no worries. Germany is well connected so it takes a maximum of a few hours to reach other cities.

Germany uses Euro. If you’re arriving from a country where the currency is other than Euro, it would be a good idea to exchange money before your journey to Germany.

The only official language in Germany is German. However, travelers will also commonly hear Arabic as they are the languages of the largest international communities within Germany.

The climate in Germany is temperate, similar to other countries in that part of the world. Although if you are arriving at the end of the summer you might want to bring a light sweater with you as it can get a bit cold in the evenings. Nevertheless, when you’re travelling to Germany we recommend you to check the weather forecast before your trip to be prepared for any situation.
