Cheap flights from Riga to Bydgoszcz from £90

While walking in Bydgoszcz, don’t forget to turn to less known streets like Trybunalska street. It is not so crowded, but still pretty stunning with its traditional Polish architecture and sometimes even rare German red-brick buildings. And because of being not so popular, there is a possibility to find cheaper cafes and souvenirs.

Located across the Brda river on the Mostowa street and one of the most popular sights, this sculpture is still very easy to miss. The statue of a man crossing the river on a tightrope was established in 2004 after Poland joined the European Union. Just imagine how this sculpture can be stable on the barely visible trail.

Despite being located in the city centre, this bar offers cheap drinks and an unforgettable atmosphere. Go to Stary Rynek, 25 square, pick the table near the window, and enjoy Poland's true spirit of the seventies and eighties. Retro pop style gives a real feeling of that time. Herring accompanied by vodka is considered to be one of the common traditional combinations. However, according to the frequenters’ opinion, it tastes better with local ale.
