I had never used it and was suspicious, but everything turned out impeccable

Well, although it is more expensive than others, paying for premium insurance on your flights guarantees you the entire trip. from my own experience I recommend it but customer service needs to be more efficient. if you have paid the premium and your flight is cancelled, they should find you one as quickly as possible and we should not do anything. you pay for the service for a reason, right? but they have solved my problems so I do recommend it

I was pleasantly surprised to see a reservation classified with mega volotea. as a result I received a drink during my flight.
