If you arrive at Stockholm-Arlanda Airport (ARN) in Stockholm, which is also the largest airport in the country, and you’re traveling further, no worries. It takes a maximum of a several hours to get to any city within the country.

Sweden doesn’t accept Euro or US dollar, we recommend you to exchange cash for Swedish krona before your trip for the best rates. Although credit and debit cards are also universally accepted throughout the country, we recommend you to carry cash and coins with you.

Weather in Sweden
Sweden has a subarctic climate which is similar to other countries in that part of Europe. If you plan to go to Sweden during the summer, then you don’t need to take warm clothes with you as the weather is usually nice and balmy. Although if you are coming at the end of the summer you might want to take a light jacket with you as it can get a bit cold in the evenings. Nevertheless, when you’re visiting Sweden we advise you to check the weather forecast before your trip so you can pack appropriate clothes.
