The Multimedia fountain near the Centennial Hall can jet water up to 40 metres in the air through 300 nozzles. The latter can move and create a 700 square metre screen of water for animated projections. Lasers, fireworks and music create stunning shows. From May until the end of September, you can watch various hourly ‘performances’ even in the daytime. But the fountain’s full grandeur comes on display after dark on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The 14 figures of pedestrians are among the most innovative sculptures of Wroclaw. They seem to sink in the pavement, “coming out” on the other side of Świdnicka street. This work of art has historic symbolism. The sculptures were created to mark the anniversary of the imposing martial law in the 1980s, which forced people to “go underground”.
