The Market of Hope is Santander’s main food market, providing a great mix of history, architecture, food and drink. Its prominent two-storied building was constructed in 1904. It has 80 stalls offering fish, meat, vegetables, fruit, cheeses and other fresh products. The market is open from 8:00 till 14:00 and from 17:00 till 19:30 on Monday—Friday.
