The Palace of Culture and Science has a terrace viewpoint on the 30th floor. From a height of 114 m, you can admire a wonderful panoramic view of Warsaw even at night. The ‘You and Me’ installation in the Warsaw centre was created by the Israeli artist Eran Shakine. It is 8 meters tall and shows the woman and the man facing each other from the opposite ends of a 20-meter beam. The couple moves slowly up and down, symbolising constantly changing relationships. However, you will hardly notice it as the whole cycle takes eight hours.
