The Japanese Garden was established in 1913. It lies north of the Centennial Hall in Szczytnicki Park, one of the oldest (1783) and largest in Wroclaw. The trees and a system of small streams in the Garden will impress you with their exquisitely manicured beauty. Hundreds of plant species grow there. Dozens of them are endemic to Japan. The main attractions are two symbolic water cascades, merging into one pond. The Garden is open from April to October.

This unique museum has a collection of original film costumes and props. It is located in the former German air-raid shelter. In its 60 rooms, you will find a section of the original Death Star model from Star Wars, the Roman soldier uniform worn by Russell Crowe in Gladiator, and Xenomorph from Ridley Scott’s Alien. Besides, you can study the shelter itself. Much of it now is a shooting range, where visitors can fire Kalashnikovs or submachine guns Sten Mk II.
