I booked a reservation and then started to see all the other reviews saying how terrible booking through kiwi wasthen I panicked. once I received my e ticket number I knew I was booked (im in airlines industry). truly the best experience ive had as a paying customer with amazing prices. the airlines were so great to us as well, even gave us upgrades. kiwi gave us updates on gate information, status of check in, etc. we even had a count down of how much time before flight. sometimes cant listen to bad reviews especially during pandemic era. will book with kiwi again if I have to book confirmed versus standby nonrev.
