Terms of our FAQ chat powered by ChatGPT

We’ve introduced a ChatGPT-powered chatbot to help with frequently asked questions.

We recently introduced an initial version of a new ChatGPT-powered chatbot (FAQ chat) to quickly provide help with frequently asked questions. This chatbot uses artificial intelligence developed by OpenAI and skims our FAQ articles to respond to your questions.

Since we’re in the early stages of testing this feature, its responses might not always be 100% accurate. The FAQ chat only interprets the public information about our product, so we recommend checking out our Help articles to ensure you get the overall perspective.

Privacy

In terms of the protection of your privacy, we want to stress that we use personal data entered into the FAQ chat only to the extent necessary for the functionality of the service. As for ChatGPT, OpenAI doesn’t use personal data for its own purposes. Since the FAQ chatbot doesn’t provide personalized support, you won’t need to enter any personal information.

The messages are going to be processed by Data Processors OpenAI Inc., who operates the ChatGPT API that powers our FAQ chat feature and Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Azure).

Any personal data processed in relation to the FAQ chat will be deleted after 30 days. You can find more information about how we process personal information in our Privacy Policy.

Terms

By using the FAQ chat feature, you agree to these terms:

  • These terms govern the use of Kiwi.com’s FAQ chat feature, and Kiwi.com’s Terms of Use are incorporated into them by reference.
  • As this is a beta version of the chatbot feature, Kiwi.com does not warrant accuracy of any of the answers provided by the chatbot.
  • Information provided elsewhere on our website (mainly our Help section) and in our Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy supersede any answers provided to you by the FAQ chat.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, Kiwi.com will not be liable for any loss or damage you suffer in relation to your use of the AI Chatbot. Kiwi.com shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, punitive or exemplary damages, or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
