Gdanski Bazar Natury is one of the most well-known farmers markets in the area. Here you can buy fresh vegetables, cheese, honey, fish and meat. You may shop for traditional local products or try to find something more sophisticated. Note that the market is open only twice a week — on Thursday and Saturday. Plan your shopping in advance!

If you wish for something more exhilarating than the traditional rest on sandy beaches, the Gdansk Bay has something to offer you. Consider going to Rewa Cape (Cypel Rewski) or Hel Peninsula (Polwysep Helski) to try kitesurfing and windsurfing. It will take you around 1.5–2 hours to get there by car or by train from Gdansk. Or you can save yourself the trouble and order a tour with transportation from the city.

If you are a street art fan, you should definitely visit Zaspa, one of Gdansk’s quarters. The first murals started to transform this suburb in the late 1990s, and since then, a lot of them were added. As a result, now Zaspa has around 60 large street artworks by local or international artists. Many of them are full of symbolism, and all are quite spectacular.
