How do I join Kiwi.com Club?
Joining is free. To become a member: have at least one booking with us, sign in to your Kiwi.com account, verify your account and phone number, and apply for Kiwi.com Club.
What do I get as a Club member?
All members get:
Club-exclusive prices: member-only prices when you search and book directly with us.
Voucher drops: exclusive discount codes we share periodically, applied at checkout. Limited uses, first come, first served. You must be a passenger in the booking to use one.
What is Black Tier?
Black Tier is our upgraded level for frequent travelers. It gives you a free Refundable fare on eligible bookings.
How do I reach Black Tier?
Complete at least 4 Club-eligible trips within 365 days. A trip is eligible if it includes Kiwi.com Guarantee or Kiwi.com Benefits and has been at least partially used (not canceled).
What does Black Tier give me?
Every eligible Guarantee trip automatically includes our Refundable fare at no extra cost. If you cancel an eligible booking, we’ll refund your base ticket fare as Kiwi.com Credit, which you can use to rebook or save for later. Kiwi.com fees and add-ons like baggage, seat selection, and insurance aren’t refunded.
All you need to do is cancel up to 48 hours before departure, or up to 4 hours before if you booked less than a week before your trip.
What conditions apply?
To get the Refundable fare on a booking: you must be a passenger in the booking, book more than 4 hours before the first departure, and you must search and book directly on Kiwi.com.
Fair usage limits apply: up to 2 cancellations per calendar month and 6 per calendar year.
How do I leave the Club?
You can opt out of Kiwi.com Club membership at any time through your account settings. Once you leave, you’ll lose access to the Club benefits on future bookings, though any existing bookings with Club benefits stay unchanged.
