Kiwi.com Compass loyalty program

Join our loyalty program to get huge travel rewards.

What is Kiwi.com Compass?

Compass is the only loyalty program for all the carriers in the world.

To reward our loyal customers, we created Compass — a program where you can earn points to pay for future trips, and receive free service upgrades.

How do I sign up?

Add your card details
To be part of the Compass loyalty program, all you need to do is sign in to Kiwi.com and save your card details. This is to ensure that all Compass members are real people. Storing your card details will also make it easier for you to book trips and receive refunds and rewards.

PCI DSS payment card security
Kiwi.com is certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to ensure that your details are stored safely and securely.

Earn points before you sign up
Book any trip with us and you’ll start earning points. You can add your payment card details later when you’re ready to start spending your points.

What levels are there in Kiwi.com Compass?

We have three levels of membership — Scout, Adventurer, and Captain — that cater to every kind of traveler.

After adding your payment card details, you’ll join Compass at the level according to the number of points you’ve earned.

Scout (0 – 499 points)
  • Anyone can join Compass as a Scout.
  • Free upgrades to our Plus customer care service for any booking.
  • There’s no requirement to earn points to maintain your status for another year.

Adventurer (500 – 1,499 points)
  • Earn 500 points to qualify as an Adventurer.
  • You’ll earn points 1.5× faster than a Scout, which makes it easier to keep your status and be promoted to Captain.
  • Receive free upgrades to our Plus customer care service for any booking.
  • To maintain your Adventurer status, you’ll need to earn 500 points per year.

Captain (1,500+ points)
  • Earn 1,500 points to qualify as a Captain.
  • You’ll earn points twice as fast as a Scout, which makes it easier to keep your status
  • Receive free upgrades to our Premium customer care service for any booking.
  • To maintain your Captain status, you’ll need to earn 1,500 points per year.

How long will my current tier last?
After being promoted to Adventurer or Captain, you will keep that status for 1 year. Every year, we'll review your account to see if you've earned enough points to maintain your tier.

How do I earn Compass points?

Travel by plane, train, bus, or taxi
You’ll earn points when you travel on any form of transport booked through Kiwi.com, including flights, buses, trains, and even taxis. Next to each itinerary on the booking page, you’ll see how many Compass points you’ll earn for every booking.

Trips must be booked on the Kiwi.com website or mobile app. If you’re redirected to one of our partner’s sites, you won’t be able to earn points on those bookings.

Add services
You can earn even more points by adding extras and services to your booking.

Earn 6× more with fare upgrades
The secret to earning points is to always buy a Standard or Flexi Ticket. With this small upgrade, you’ll earn six times more points, even on services that you add afterward, like baggage seating, and food.

How long will my points be valid?
Compass points are valid for one year after your last purchase. So if your points are about to expire, you can make a purchase to extend their validity for another year.

Get promoted to Adventurer and Captain
You’ll earn points 1.5× faster as an Adventurer and 2× faster as a Captain.

Bonus points
Download and sign in to our mobile app to earn bonus points.

When will I receive my Compass points?
24 hours after the last travel date in your itinerary.

How do I spend my Compass points?

You can spend your points just like cash on any Kiwi.com itinerary as soon as you have 250 points or more. On the final page of the booking process, you’ll find an option to spend your Compass points on the trip. The price will be discounted according to how many points you use.

Spending points will not negatively impact your current status as Scout, Adventurer, or Captain.
