Service levels and fees

You can choose between 3 service levels with different processing fees for additional services such as changing personal details (name change, passport change, name correction, etc.), selecting seats, or adding baggage. A higher service level also means faster customer support — we'll prioritize your call in our queue.
You can add additional services and make changes up to 48 hours before the start of your trip.
Basic Services
  • €30 processing fee for each additional service (on top of the fee charged by the carrier)
  • No priority in the queue when you call us. Customers with Plus or Premium services will get answered first.
Plus Services
  • €10 processing fee for each additional service (on top of the fee charged by the carrier)
  • Shorter wait time for customer support. You’ll skip the customers with Basic Services in the queue.
Premium Services
  • No processing fee for additional services. You’ll only pay what the carrier charges.
  • Shortest wait time for customer support. You’ll have the highest priority in our queue when you call.
ℹ️ If you’re already traveling, we’ll prioritize your call regardless of your service level. We’ll be there for you as fast as we can.
