Flexibility to cancel or rebook
If you need to cancel your trip, you’ll get 100% of your ticket price refunded in Kiwi.com Credit. Kiwi.com fees and any extras such as bags, seats, or other added services are not refundable. This allows you to be fully in control of your trip, with the ability to rebook your flight at any time.
You can cancel your trip up to 48 hours before departure. If you booked your trip within 6 days of your flight, you would have until 4 hours before departure.
Disruption Protection
Our Disruption Protection covers you if your trip gets disrupted because carriers changed, canceled, or significantly delayed any part of it. If that happens you may be eligible for instant compensation in the form of Kiwi.com Credit.
If there’s less than 5h to departure or you’re already in transit, we’ll send you the amount matching the price of replacement flights with arrival time closest to your original one. If it’s 5 hours or more before the departure of your first flight we’ll factor in the price of replacement flights with arrival time closest to your original one, or the price of your original booking apart from the service fees you paid us.
If you’d like to use your Credit for a replacement flight we encourage you to book one as soon as possible, as prices may go up. However, you can decide to hold onto the Credit and save it for a future trip.
You’ll also have the option to apply for a refund from the carrier, which we can do on your behalf. The refund amount and processing speed depend on carrier policies and relevant laws. Please keep in mind that if you’d rather deal directly with the airlines instead of accepting help from us, you can.
